The university city of Olomouc, Moravia, was another epicenter of Czechoslovak rhythm’n’blues, represented here by a bunch of academics in spe called The Bluesmen. In spite of their genre defining name, they actually tended to perform uptempo songs of varying colour shades. "The Story Of Love With A Capital L" thus paradoxically belongs to their more laid-back material, shifting between down home funk and sort of a psychedelic "reggae". Not performing here but among the group's vocalists was also the teenage student Hana Ulrychová before she left for Atlantis. Interestingly, other original Bluesmen eventually joined Atlantis, too.
