The music created in Spain during the 1960s was as rich and varied as unfairly forgotten in more recent times. Before the Beatles landed in Madrid, Spanish youngsters were already willing to express their enthusiasm about the new rhythms and music styles that were coming from abroad, but with the Fab Four's visit madness really exploded. From every corner of the country emerged all kinds of bands who adopted, each in their own way, the sounds and genres which were quickly appearing during that innovative and creative decade. Beyond well known and essential names such as Brincos, Marisol, Bravos, Dúo Dinámico, Karina... there were hundreds of artists with long careers or short-lived discographies who show that Spanish music reached heights at the time that have arguably never been seen again. These are some of those gems featured in our catalogue.
